Ruharo Eye Centre comprises the Out Patient Department (OPD), Eye wards (male and female) for admitted patients, theatre for all eye surgeries, retinoblastoma/children’s ward and the Ruharo Manufacturing Facility for eye drop production.

Ophthalmology residents from Mbarara University of Science and Technology also regularly receive training here.
